Negotiating is a daily activity we do in both our personal and professional lives. Successful negotiations take preparation, strong communication skills and the ability to convey one’s interests as well as understand the views of those you are negotiating with. This class will help you develop the skill needed to communicate your needs, understand the needs of those with whom you are negotiating, and to collaboratively work together using a variety of strategies and tactics to achieve collaborative and cooperative outcomes for all parties involved.
