Natural Science Modern concepts and theories from the science of astronomy; motions of night-time sky, history of astronomy, light and telescopes, solar system, stars, and galaxies. Particular emphasis on composition of our solar system.

Prerequisite: MATH 094 (Elementary Algebra), MATH 098 (Essentials of Intermediate Algebra), or MATHI 098 (Integrated Essentials of Intermediate Algebra) with a grade of 2.0 or above, or equivalent placement test score.
