Student is exposed to Washington State Esthetics laws, rules and regulations, Life Skills including Ethics, Professional Image, Communicating for Success, Career Opportunities and the History of Esthetics. Students will earn the Dermalogica Meaningful Connections Certification.

Prerequisite: part of first-term curriculum, corequisite with COS 161, 171, and 181
