Emphasis is placed on the skills and knowledge of the general sciences necessary for the field of Esthetics, Safety and Sanitation, Infection Control, Disorders and Diseases of the Skin. Students will earn Barbicide and Barbicide Covid 19 Certifications.

Prerequisite: instructor permission required – part of first term curriculum, corequisite with COS 160, 171, and 181
