AEGS 301 - Diversity & Social Justice in Leadership

(H) This course focuses on developing leadership visions and strategies for enacting commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. We will bridge scholarship in the field with wisdom from the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and people of color, including women, people with disabilities, and other communities who empower those around them. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of our values and sense of shared responsibility for building a more just society, as well as the application of tactics, tools, and evidence-based practices.

Prerequisite: Admitted to OLTM Program.
