OLTM 480 - Senior Capstone I

Students will create an implementation plan for the change project created as a part of the OLTM program requirements. An emphasis will be placed on determining potential barriers, overcoming resistance as well as identifying metrics to determine success or failure of a change management plan. Students will be introduced to the portfolio assignment that will conclude during OLTM 490 (Senior Capstone II).
