In Algebra 1, students will continue development in algebraic reasoning to outcomes described in WA College and Career Readiness Standards Level D and E including the review of algebraic operations with integers, algebraic expressions, introducing functions, combining like terms, and beginning factoring and distributing; and instruction in solving equalities and inequalities (one, two and multi-step), coordinate grid, linear equations, operations with polynomials, and exponents.
