(DSJ) This course focuses on the need to recognize and understand the similarities and Differences among people and develop a respect for all individuals and groups. Assists teachers to recognize the learning needs of children from Different racial, ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic groups and to encourage teachers to integrate multicultural/diversity teaching into the early learning environment.
