This introductory screenwriting class provides students with the tools, models, and techniques to practice the art and craft of screenwriting at the beginning level. Emphasis is placed on recognizing unique storytelling rather than genre-specific story structure. This class is organized as a lecture and workshop, whereby students can feel enthusiastically inspired to share and shape their story in a constructive and creative environment, receiving peer and instructor feedback.
