PSYC 300 - Industrial/Organizational Psychology Credits: 5
Social Science Industrial and Organizational Psychology studies the psychology of people in organizations and the workplace. The focus is on applying the principles derived from the study of Human behavior and applying this knowledge to the solution of problems at work. Areas of focus will include: Job/task analysis, recruitment, selection, performance management, talent development, teamwork/group dynamics, organization design, change management, and culture development.
Prerequisite: Acceptance into BAS program or permission of instructor 4 hours Lecture, 2 hours Lab
