ACES 100 - Intro to American Ethnic Studies

Humanities/Social Science This course introduces students to American Ethnic Studies through an emphasis on the wisdoms and activisms of African Americans, Native Americans, Chicana/os, Latina/os, and Asian and Pacific Islander Americans. Attention is also given to contemporary social movements and the ways race and ethnicity intersect with gender, sexuality, class, nationality, ability, and the environment.
