FILM 360 - Master Storytelling Workshop

This advanced scriptwriting class takes an analytical and creative hands-on approach to the art and craft of compelling storytelling from conventional, unconventional, new and emerging standpoints. The focal point of this class is on intensive screenwriting and/ or perfecting the student’s preexisting script by analyzing and exploring the story’s central question, finessing character arcs, building tension and momentum and cause and eff ect connections, as well as isolating the marketable aspects of the script, while balancing the needs of emerging and conventional demands. Students will have the option of writing independently or collaborating on a screenplay.

Prerequisite: BAS in Digital Filmmaking Program Acceptance or Instructor Approval is required to register for this course.
